Winner, Winner, Winner

We had several guesses and four correct ones.

the first person to guess correctly was C.L. beck She knew our author is none other than Mary Higgins Clark

Mary has written a host of clean mysteries. In a world where many authors are turning to bad language and situations, Mary is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.

OK Boys and girls, here's another contest. You can use Google, but it won't help you cheat. Let's play: Who's the Author. drum roll please . . .

Who is this?

This person is the author of many mystery/supense books.

Unless you guess,  I will add more of the picture in a few days.

Send your guess to knfgame@yahoo.com

We have a winner!

Ok I said it would be hard but I didn't take the internet into account . . .

Our winner is (Inky) CL Beck of Sanpete County, Utah. She admitted she got the answer by googling it.  She admitted she remembers the book.

The book of course is:

The Author is Kurt Vonnegut. He wrote some books that I wouldn't let my children read, but those books had a big influence on my teenage years. Kurt passed away on April 11, 2007. click on the picture for the wiki of his life.

Ok, This is going to be  a hard one. If you know where this quote came from, I will send you a large Chocolate bar.

be the first to send me an email at knfgame@yahoo.com

I want the Author and the book before May 10.

"All time is all time. It does not change. It does not lend itself to warnings or explanations. It simply is.Take it moment by moment, and you will find that we are all, as I've said before, bugs in amber."

I will give you two clues:

1. It's fiction.

2. it was published in 1969.

Keep in mind, I read the book during my inactive Mormon days.

Good luck.

I guess that's three clues.
